I have worked with Mark on a number of projects over the years including Mark acting as joint receiver to a residential development company with multiple millions of assets. This involved the completion of two residential apartment and housing developments in Cork which required the procurement and management of a budget of circa €7m, stepping in as Project Manager post the liquidation of the appointed contractor, to carrying out defective works and complete a residential complex, with tenants in-situ, to facilitate its sale. In all cases, I have always found Mark very approachable, knowledgeable and importantly, practical, delivering what was agreed on time and budget and understanding that I needed to be kept informed of progress so I could get on with my job with no unwelcome surprises!
