Independent Project Assessment

 

You may be a Board Member concerned about the information that is being presented to you and what the actual situation is on site. We can visit site, independently evaluate progress and/or financial reporting and present an independent assessment, with recommendation as appropriate

 

Commercial Risk Assessment

 

You are tendering for a project with an unfamiliar form of contract and wish an independent analysis of the commercial risks prior to execution. We are experienced at RIAI, Public Works Contract Ireland, JCT, NEC, Fidic.

 

Recovery of Construction Debt

 

This could be assistance in how to substantiate a variation in order to seek to maximise your position or  you may be a Liquidator or Receiver of a construction related company and need assistance in recovering monies recorded by the Directors as owing. Either way, we can help you.

 

Bespoke in-house training

 

We would be happy to discuss any areas for internal training, recent training includes ADR, Commercial Awareness including presenting additional loss and/or Expense claims in construction.
