Forensic Assessment

It may be that your site team are reporting that they are behind progress without establishing the causes of the delay or the reported costs are not in-line with the initial/current cash flow projections.

We will visit site, talk to the site staff, establish the facts and make an independent assessment based on the information available, what the cause or causes are.

We use Primavera P7, Asta Powerproject or Microsoft Project to assess the likely impact of an event(s) on the progress of the work.

We can provide robust, independent advice, examining contemporaneous records to determine whether you have a case to progress, we do this as follows:

Asking the stakeholders and compiling the relevant information

Consider each issue and establish whether the records support that particular position

Understand and present the "strengths and weaknesses" of each course of action

Act on the basis of robust and independent advice
